Facility Custodian / Janitor – Pennyrile Ford

Position Overview
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in a clean, organized space and understands that first impressions matter. As our Facility Custodian, you’ll help keep the dealership looking sharp, welcoming, and ready for both customers and staff every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of showroom, offices, restrooms, service areas, and customer waiting areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned spaces regularly
• Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces (desks, door handles, counters, etc.)
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
• Keep restrooms fully stocked and clean throughout the day
• Maintain cleanliness in service drive and shop areas as needed
• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed
• Assist with basic facility upkeep and organization
• Support event setup/cleanup when needed 

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail 
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent
• Able to handle physical tasks like standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment

Work Environment

• Indoor and outdoor work (showroom to service bay)
• Active role with frequent movement
• Fast-paced dealership setting with customer interaction
