We are excited to open our brand-new academy in the Cimarron Hills (7914 Silicon Heights) area of Colorado Springs 80939 and are currently hiring flexible, team-oriented teachers to support all classrooms. This is a great opportunity to join a new center from the ground up, grow with leadership, and help build a strong culture from day one.

Compensation & Schedule
  • $18.00–$21.00/hour (based on credentials & experience) 
  • Sign-On Bonus: $500 (based on schedule, credentials & experience) 
  • Monday–Friday (No Weekends)
  • Flexible scheduling across all age groups

What You’ll Do
As a Flexible Childcare Teacher, you will:
  •  Support multiple classrooms (Infants through Preschool) based on daily needs 
  •  Help maintain safe, engaging, and nurturing environments
  •  Assist with implementing our L.E.A.P. Curriculum® (play-based, whole-child approach) 
  •  Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members 
  •  Maintain Colorado licensing and health & safety compliance
  •  Support classroom transitions, breaks, and ratio coverage throughout the day

QualificationsMust meet Colorado Early Childhood Teacher qualifications, including ONE of the following or have formal education experience:
  •  ECE Credential Level II or higher (PDIS 3.0
  •  CDA (Infant/Toddler) + Expanding Quality Training 
  •  30 semester hours in Early Childhood Education 
  •  12+ months verified experience + required coursework (PDIS 21+ hours) 
 Must be 18+ years old/High School Diploma
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and actively engage with children
