Job Description

Responsible for transforming finished product designs using Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) into
fabrication working documents.
Essential Functions:
- Transform finished model in fabrication drawings using Revit.
- Provide Bill of Materials for fabrication packages.
- Provide cutlists for fabrication packages.
- Basic and advanced spooling activities.
- Provide Equipment room layout sheets for onsite installation.
- Provide annotated review and installing binders.
- Basic hanger placement for Plumbing and Mechanical systems.
- Comply with federal and state law, regulations, and all Company rules.
- Participate in online and in-person training and other educational opportunities to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Any other job-related activities requested by immediate supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant technical experience.
- Working knowledge of Revit and SysQue.
- Ability to navigate SysQue database for hangers.
- High level consistency.
- This position requires long hours sitting and using office equipment, including telephones and computers, and may also require some light lifting of files and materials and carrying checks, mail, and other documentation to different departments from time to time.
- The position may also involve some repetitive motions of the hands, wrists, and elbows.
- This position is normally performed in an office or jobsite office work environment which does not subject the employee to the elements. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately
quiet. - This position may require a flexible schedule, periodic overtime, and overnight travel as needed.
