Qualifications
JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Collections Specialist I to provide exceptional customer service and support for financial products. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills, along with at least one year of customer interaction experience in a phone or face-to-face setting. A high school diploma or GED is required, with preferred skills including data analysis and AI technology usage.
