This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and assisting in repairs to maintain operational standards. QualificationsKey Responsibilities · Perform routine and minor building maintenance and repairs, including carpentry, plumbing, and mechanical work. · Troubleshoot malfunctioning machinery, identify root causes, and perform necessary repairs. · Assemble and fit parts to fabricate or repair machine tools and equipment. · Maintain industrial dies, tools, and equipment in optimal working condition. · Ensure safe walkways during winter months by shoveling snow and applying salt as needed. · Keep maintenance tools, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized. · Inspect, observe, and listen to equipment during operation to detect malfunctions and determine required adjustments or repairs. · Follow all company policies and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment. · Communicate maintenance issues promptly to the supervisor and collaborate with team members to resolve problems effectively. · Perform other duties as assigned.   Required Skills · Strong oral and written communication skills · Ability to read and interpret work instructions and safety guidelines · Effective organizational and time management skills · Basic project management capabilities · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor tasks   Education & Experience · High School Diploma or equivalent required · Previous maintenance or related experience preferred   Important Notice At this time, we are not partnering with external agencies or third-party vendors for recruitment services.
