Role Overview:
We are seeking an HR Communications Associate to join our team. This is a highly interactive junior-level position for a communications professional looking to hone writing/editing skills, learn how to develop and present strategic communications plans, and gain exposure to leaders.
This individual will support the HR Communications team, which serves the communications needs for the company's HR business functions as well as enterprise leadership communications. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate, and engaging messaging across multiple platforms.

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $51,500-$68,000
Overtime eligible: Nonexempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
