Qualifications
We are looking for a Toddler Teacher with at least 6 months of professional childcare experience and a high school diploma/GED (Associate's in Early Childhood Education preferred). The ideal candidate will create a safe and engaging classroom, implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum, and build strong relationships with families. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred, along with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

What You’ll Do:
- Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment for infants.
- Implement our fun, hands-on L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to support early learning and development.

Build strong relationships with families by sharing daily updates, photos, and milestones.

Collaborate with other teachers and center leadership to maintain a positive and supportive workplace.

Model best practices in early childhood education and help guide assistant teachers in the classroom.
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing and safety standards.
- At least 6 months of professional childcare or teaching experience (1 year preferred).

Associate degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field preferred; High school diploma/GED required.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and infant milestones.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
