We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our remote team as a Travel Services Coordinator. In this role, you'll assist with supporting clients throughout various stages of their trip preparation by helping organize service components, reviewing available reservation selections, and ensuring travel details remain properly documented.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people,  supporting planning activities using web-based tools in a remote setting.

Primary Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and scheduling details
• Assist with arranging lodging, cruises, transportation options, and activity selections
• Review available packages through approved booking platforms
• Provide clear planning information for the clients expectations and timelines
• Support itinerary-related updates and service adjustment requests
• Prepare reservation confirmations and maintain organized planning records
• Respond to client questions across email, phone, and messaging platforms
• Participate in virtual training sessions and team collaboration meetings

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to accuracy when managing service-related information
• Comfort navigating browser-based tools and digital systems
• Ability to manage multiple planning requests efficiently
• Confidence working independently in a remote workspace
• Reliable internet connection and general computer familiarity
• Applicants should be authorized to work in the U.St., U.K., Mexico, Australia, or Spain
