Position Summary

In this position, you'll assist with supporting clients throughout their travel-planning journey by helping organize reservation details, responding to questions, and ensuring trip information stays clear and up to date.

Responsibilities in This Role

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel interests and scheduling preferences
• Support the setup of vacation arrangements such as resorts, cruises, transportation, and activities
• Share helpful information that aligns with client expectations and timelines
• Assist with updates related to reservation adjustments when needed
• Prepare confirmation notes and maintain organized digital planning files
• Respond to service-related questions through email, phone, and messaging tools
• Participate in virtual learning sessions and periodic team check-ins
