Customer Service Representatives will answer incoming calls and assist customers, pharmacies, and doctor offices regarding patient pharmacy benefits. They will also research information in databases to resolve customer service issues and maintain composure in escalated situations.
We're looking for customer service pros with at least a year of call center or work-from-home experience. You should be computer savvy, have excellent communication skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualfon company, is hiring immediately for customer service professionals to work from home (100% remote) fielding inbound calls from our customers, pharmacies, and doctor offices regarding patient pharmacy benefits. Our Customer Service Representatives will have virtual paid training from their home in Oklahoma.
Hourly pay rate - $14/hr
