Stock Representative
Level: Hourly

Reports to: AP Supervisor
 
About the Role:
The Stock Representative is an important role, providing administrative support for our auditing department. They will be responsible for matching invoices to receiving reports and taking deductions from vendors. Along with this, they will be matching invoices to remittances as well. Sending payments to vendors, obtaining quarterly invoices for auditing, and filing and reviewing statements are all things the Stock Representatives monitor and manage. 

Responsibilities include:
  • Use and familiarize with our Oracle Fusion and EZClaim systems
  • Perform daily communication with the Stock Correspondence Representatives
  • Verify payment terms are correct
  • Take appropriate deductions from vendors or freight companies
  • File remittances and receiving reports
  • Match invoices to remittances and send payments
  • Scanning and downloading of paperwork
  • Assist with special projects as needed
Education and Experience:
  • Experience in clerical duties including accounts payable, invoicing, payment terms, etc. 
  • Strong computer skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to prioritize, complete work accurately and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in applications in Google
  • Ability to file alphabetically and numerically
