Bartender/Server or Shift Manager - 10 Barrel Brewing
(Bend West, OR)   Job Description The Westside Pub is looking to expand our awesome management team! This role will be a combination of managing shifts as well as serving an bartending shifts. Along with overseeing that front of house hourly co-workers take care of our guests, you will keep the front lines rolling. Your enthusiasm for our product will be contagious and it's your responsibility to motivate your co-workers. Your goal is to make sure that our guests are happy; that they are served their food and beverages up to company standards. Reporting to the General Manager as well as the AGM/Pub Managers, you will also be held accountable for writing up the end-of-shift reports covering daily labor, food control and sales, ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, as well as company and local health and safety codes and other assigned responsibilities.   Hourly Manager Job Duties: - Run opening, mid, and closing shifts as the Manager-On-Duty (MOD) for 1-2 shifts a week, plus more as needed by management team - Address any and all guest issues while acting as the MOD -Avoid legal challenges by conforming to the regulations of the alcoholic beverage commission. -Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations; securing revenues. - Maintain ambiance by controlling lighting, background music, glassware, dinnerware, and utensil quality and placement; monitoring food presentation and service.   Hourly Manager Skills and Qualifications: - Fosters Teamwork - Customer Service Driven -Self-Motivated -High Energy Level - Capable of Multi-tasking - High Verbal Communication Skills   Job Type: Full-time   Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour   Shift:
