Description of Maintenance Porter
This is the perfect time to join a large and growing Real Estate Company as a Residential Maintenance Porter in a gated luxury apartment complex in Irvington, NJ
Goldfarb Properties owns and manages over 6,000 apartments in the New York metropolitan area. The family business recently entered its third generation and has been in existence since 1953. The company owns and manages approximately 60 buildings, the majority of which are residential apartment buildings located in Northern New Jersey, Manhattan, Queens, The Bronx, and Westchester. Goldfarb Properties employs over 200 people.
Requirements of Maintenance Porter- Manage general cleanliness of assigned work areas
- Manage interior/exterior cleanliness of the property
- Perform trash removal and operate trash compactor
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to strip and wax floors is a plus
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and collaborative
- $20-$21.15 per hour (Salary Range: $41,600-$44,000)
