Supports the talent acquisition strategies from recruitment, offer, onboarding and orientation. Acts as a key member in terms of achieving system/regulatory compliance objectives and quality of hire/retention goals. Plays a strong role in ensuring that we attract and retain outstanding talent by providing input into making improvements upon the systems and processes from recruitment to onboarding to orientation and the first 90-days of a new employee’s experience.Job Duties:
