Multidisciplinary Clinic | No Weekends | up to $110k
We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team in Saddle Brook NJ. Experience working within a multidisciplinary clinic/team preferred but recent grads are encouraged to apply. We offer an exceptional work environment with no weekend work and access to our training facility and our sauna! Our multidisciplinary clinic has proudly served our neighbors for almost 30 years, and we continue to grow due to our excellent reputation within the community.

Duties:
  • Patient assessment: evaluating conditions, mobility, strength, and pain levels. Reviewing medical history and collaborating with other team members. Identify functional limitations and rehabilitation needs.
  • Treatment planning: develop individualized rehabilitation programs based on diagnosis and team input. Set short – and long- term goals. Adjust plans depending on patient progress and interdisciplinary recommendations.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Provide exercise therapy, manual treatment and modalities.
  • Patient and Family education: teach patients proper exercises and injury prevention strategies. Educate families on supporting recovery and committing to prescribed plan of care. Promote long-term health and independence.
  • Monitoring and Documentation: Track patient progress and outcomes. Maintain accurate clinical records to be completed prior to end of shift. Modify interventions based on results and team feedback.

Qualifications:
  • Physical Therapy license in NJ
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred, not required)
  • Multidisciplinary experience a plus but we will consider recent grads
  • Dry Needling a plus

Schedule:
  • Full time (Mon-Friday)
