Pay Range:

$25.53 - $38.29

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

The Licensed Practical Nurse II plays an important role in the clinic setting, performing various clinical and administrative tasks to assist patients through their healthcare journey. LPNs assist in planning and managing patient care according to each patient's needs and furthering the mission of the organization by providing high-quality, respectful care to all.

Position Specifics:
Department: OR
Core Function: Nursing
Schedule: Full-Time and part time roles for RN, LPN and Surg Tech; 36 hours/week; on call rotation
Facility: St. Anthony’s Hospital
Location: Effingham, IL
Compensation: Compensation that aligns with experience. Shift differentials for night, weekend, and call on top of base rate!


Education Qualifications

  • Completion of State Approved Training Program for Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • LPN License (Pass NCLEX-PN exam)

Experience Qualifications

  • 1 year of License Practical Nursing experience is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
  • Licensed as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice is required.
