Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To provide a wide variety of administrative tasks to support the Finance division as a whole. This could include clerical, fiscal, and receptionist duties. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  1. Must have a high school diploma or GED plus two (2) years of progressive work experience in an office setting preferred. 
  2. Filing, reception, and general office setting preferred. 
  3. Filing, reception, and general office experience necessary. 
  4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  5. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. 
  6. Consistently acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. 
  7. Knowledge of basic finance bookkeeping skills is preferred. 

WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed in an office setting, Monday through Friday. Duties are performed in n office environment: sitting, standing, walking, reaching, lifting boxes or supplies up to 20 pounds.
