Position Overview

We're currently expanding our remote travel support team and are inviting motivated individuals to apply for the role of Travel Account Consultant. In this position, you'll work with clients to organize vacation plans, review destination options, and assist with coordinating travel arrangements for a variety of experiences — from relaxing resort stays to international travel itineraries.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and supporting clients through important planning decisions while working from home. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with coordinating travel plans including hotels, cruises, tours, and activity packages
  • Research destinations and present travel options aligned with client preferences and budgets
  • Provide helpful recommendations to support trip planning decisions
  • Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online messaging systems
  • Coordinate reservation requests through approved supplier platforms
  • Monitor itinerary updates and assist with confirmations when needed
  • Stay informed about current travel promotions and destination opportunities
  • Maintain accurate client profiles and booking documentation

Qualifications

  • Interest in customer support, coordination, or travel planning roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote setting
  • Comfortable using computers and web-based tools
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia
  • No previous travel experience required training resources are provided
