Qualifications
We are looking for an IT Helpdesk professional with a bachelor's degree and 1+ years of corporate tech support experience. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. This role requires someone who can prioritize tasks, meet SLAs, and provide exceptional IT support, sometimes including nights and weekends.
