This position is located in-office at our Pompano Beach, Florida headquarters. Responsibilities:

Accounts payable processing, including approvals and processing.
Assist with general ledger maintenance and month-end closing processes.
Perform account reconciliations, including bank and cash disbursement accounts.
Assist with audits and preparation of tax-related documentation.
Contribute to accounting system improvements and process automation initiatives.
Support general cost accounting and other related financial duties as assigned.

Job Specifications:

Associates Degree in accounting or finance preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
0 to 3 years’ experience.
