Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full Time – Carmel, IN

Healthcare Therapy Services (HTS) is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team at a prestigious Life-Plan Community located in the heart of Carmel, Indiana. This 5-Star CMS rated campus offers independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and a dedicated rehab center, all under one roof. You'll be part of a collaborative therapy team focused on delivering personalized rehabilitative care and enhancing quality of life for the patients we serve.

HTS offers a competitive hourly rate for this full-time position of 30 – 40 hours per week.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
