The Administrative Assistant role requires in-person duties at the Victory Parkway campus with the option of a hybrid schedule. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to the HLADD program. The HLADD Administrative Assistant is expected to think independently and demonstrate strong communication as well as analytical abilities.
Essential Functions of the Role
- Oversee communication channels including email, phone, and fax.
- Facilitate virtual meetings in managers absence.
- Demonstrate autonomy, self-motivation, and collaboration in performance of duties.
- Maintain all internal and external databases.
- Work with regulating entities when audits of HLADD provider files are needed.
- Assist with maintaining third party accreditation and certification as requested.
- Maintain confidentiality in all spoken and written communication and follows the rules in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
- Complete training as required and continue to develop skills by participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Learn and stay current with technology used for documentation, communication, and other work activities.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position for 40 hours. Days and hours of work vary. Must report to main office located in Cincinnati OH daily with hybrid option.
Travel
Minimal travel is expected for this position. Upon expansion into other counties, may require travel for recruitment.
Required Education and Experience
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook applications
Preferred Education and
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college/university.
- One to two years of related experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
