We are seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern currently enrolled in a 2 or 4 year technical degree program or equivalent. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to learn and contribute positively to ProMed's culture.
Job Description
Internship is on-the-job training similar to an apprenticeship. Interns are college students seeking skills for, or evaluating a career. A student internship provides opportunities for students to gain experience in a field, determine if they have an interest in a particular career, create a network of contacts and potentially earn school credit. Internships may be part-time or full-time and generally last 6 – 12 weeks. The duration can be shorter or longer based on the amount of work available. The Intern performs research; establishes and maintains effective working relationships with staff to develop and coordinate programs; compiles and maintains records; understands and carries out oral and written directions; and aids in the effective production of product. The Intern ensures ProMed’s brand, philosophy, systems, policies, and procedures are properly implemented and observed.
