Qualifications

We are looking for an Endoscopy Technician to prepare and provide instruments, supplies, and equipment for procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in an endoscopy suite or operating room is preferred. Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and knowledge of infection control.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

High School graduate or equivalent; relevant experience in lieu of High School Diploma/GED education will be considered.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience in the endoscopy suite/operating room.  One year of experience preferred.

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

Certified through the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge of infection control principles and excellent communication skills.
