Job Description

Position: Project Coordinator (Entry Level) – Full Time   Department: Homer Tree Service, Inc.   Job Summary: The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects. They support the project team by maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and providing status updates.   Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Research and solicit new projects from conception to completion
  • Perform quantity take offs on blueprints for small to large construction projects
  • Research and analyze technical contract specifications
  • Execute bid books
  • Manage team goals, project schedules, and information flow
  • Handle project-related paperwork, prepare proposals, memos, and emails
  • Interact with clients to define project requirements and objectives
Qualifications: Benefits:
  • Starting salary is around $45,000
  • Pay is determined by experience, skill, education, and other factors
  • Able to enroll in benefits after 60-day new hire probation period
