Finance – Summer Intern 

Location: Newton, NC
Department: Finance Department
Duration: Summer Internship (10–12 Weeks)
Reports To: Finance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Summer Intern to support our Fixed Asset Project. This project role involves updating SAP asset information, assisting with inventory verification, and implementing a new asset barcode system across two plant facilities.

Responsibilities

• Research and update asset details (name, cost center, location) in the SAP Fixed Asset Module
• Link work centers in the SAP Maintenance Module to corresponding assets
• Verify physical assets in both plants and ensure inventory dates are recorded in SAP
• Create a barcode system for asset identification
• Assist with printing and installing barcode tags on all machines in both plants.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a program such as Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Information Systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• SAP experience is helpful but not required
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
