Sales Associate

Duval Motor Company is seeking motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from understanding their needs to demonstrating vehicle features, providing quotes, and closing sales. We are looking for professionals who are driven, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assess their vehicle needs
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles, including features, capabilities, and technology
  • Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features
  • Provide accurate pricing quotes and explain purchase options
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate leads
  • Maintain professional appearance and deliver a high level of customer service
  • Meet and maintain sales goals aligned with dealership standards
  • Assist with other duties as assigned to support dealership operations

Requirements

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to confidently sell vehicles and dealership products
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background check, MVR check, and drug test
  • Authorized to work in the United States and complete Form I-9 within 3 business days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous automotive or retail sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
