Qualifications

We are looking for a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk who is open to both day and night shifts. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, coupled with 1 to 2 years of administrative experience. Key responsibilities include collecting and preparing operational reports, providing administrative support, and interacting with customers.

Must be open to DAY AND NIGHT shift

Position Responsibilities: 

  • The Administrative Assistant collects and prepares information for operational reports  
  • Provide confidential administrative support to department leadership and others as requested 
  • The Administrative Assistant is responsible for interacting with internal and external customers 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree with 1 to 2 plus years of administrative-type experience
