Qualifications

We are looking for compassionate individuals with a passion for helping others and strong communication skills to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. While not required, experience in caregiving or customer service and fluency in a second language like Spanish or ASL are a plus.

Location: Middletown, NY

Pay Range: $18.50-$19.50 (Dependent on experience)

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:45AM-4:15PM (40hrs)

Other locations include: New Windsor, NY

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with daily living, personal care, and community engagement.
  • Provide advocacy, mentorship, and emotional support.
  • Ensure health, safety, and program compliance.
  • Transport individuals to activities and appointments.
  • Complete documentation using electronic systems.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Passion for helping others and a team-first mindset.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends/holidays.
  • Valid driver’s license; bilingual (English/Spanish) or ASL a plus.
  • Experience in caregiving or customer service preferred.
