Qualifications
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide care and support to adults with disabilities. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training, including CBRF certification, will be provided. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to pass background checks.

You'll help with:
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, toileting, eating) based on individual care plans
- Sharing meaningful moments—baking, crafting, exercising, or just enjoying conversation
- Administering medications (we’ll train you!)
- Documenting daily activities and progress
- Creating a safe, welcoming environment—inside and out
- Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Sharing joy through conversation, creativity, and connection
- Making someone’s day—every day
What You Bring
- A heart for service and a desire to help others live full, joyful lives
- No experience needed—we’ll train you!
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality
- Willingness to complete CBRF certification and training within 90 days (don’t worry, we’ll pay!)
- Ability to pass a background and driving record check
- A valid driver’s license (required for some 1st shift roles)
