University of Pittsburgh Physicians is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support their Magee Women's Specialty - Horizon office in Farrell, PA! We are a busy OB/GYN office seeking a dedicated LPN to support comprehensive women’s health services, including prenatal care, routine exams, and patient education. Our team is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting women at all stages of life.
This position will work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with no evenings, weekends, or holidays! This position will be responsible for Telephone triage, results, giving injections, and NOB intakes.
The ideal candidate will have good organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a busy, fast-paced practice.
Sign-On Bonus Details:
• $7,500 sign-on bonus available for nurses with over one year of experience
• $5,000 sign-on bonus available for Graduate Nurses and nurses with less than one year of experience

Responsibilities:
Graduate of an approved LPN school of nursing. One year clinical experience preferred.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire
*Current licensure either in the state where the facility is located or, if the facility is in a state covered by the multistate Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) agreement, a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state. Hires and current employees working on an out-of-state NLC license who later change their residency to the state where the facility is also located will have 60 days upon changing their residency to apply for licensure within that state.
