Job Description

(Full-time/Long-term Internship) 

Hours Per Week: Approximately 35 hours per week (standard business hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM). Schedules are flexible to accommodate current student class commitments.

Approximate Duration: June 2026 through early/mid-2027. Internships may last up to 11 months from the start date.

Hybrid Work Schedule: Interns are expected to work onsite Monday through Wednesday, with the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

Basic Function of the Position:
Assist Innovation For All team in implementing programs and events.

 Critical Duties and Responsibilities:
 

  • Help support administrative and operational tasks for the Innovation For All Workforce Council and Innovation For All Investment Committee, including maintaining email distro lists, updating the CTA member database, preparing meeting materials, providing meeting support, and meeting minutes.
  • Work with Marketing and Communications teams to promote CTA/CTA members stories on social media, in the Innovation For All newsletter, on the website, and blog posts/articles.
  • Support the Innovation For All program leading up to and at CES. The program includes session content, event logistics, Startup Experience program, hospitality suite logistics, STEM partnerships, and other assigned responsibilities.
  • Help support programs associated with CTA’s local community partnerships.
  • Help support Innovation For All events.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Work Experience:

  • Previous work experience is preferred. All are encouraged to apply.

Education and Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • An interest in the future of work, including inclusive practices, and workplace technology trends is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other standard productivity tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Basic research skills.

Additional Information:

  • Travel to CES 2027 is required.
  • PAID Internship.
