$24–$26/hour A resident submits their first service request in a brand-new home. Everything is still fresh — expectations are high. How that request is handled sets the tone for how they’ll experience living here. That’s where you come in. We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician at RISE St. Augustine, a newly built community, where the goal isn’t just to fix issues — it’s to maintain a standard from day one. What This Role Really Is This isn’t just about completing work orders. In a new community, maintenance sets the baseline:

How quickly issues are resolved
How well things are cared for
How residents feel about their home

This role is about consistency, quality, and ownership — keeping something new operating the way it was designed to. What You’ll Be Responsible For

Completing service requests efficiently and with attention to detail
Troubleshooting maintenance issues and delivering lasting solutions
Performing preventative maintenance across homes and community spaces
Supporting the overall appearance and functionality of the property
Communicating clearly with residents and team members
Helping ensure readiness of homes for move-ins
