Do you enjoy helping others plan memorable experiences and exploring new destinations yourself? We're expanding our remote team and currently seeking individuals interested in working as Remote Guest Services Advisor.

In this position, you'll support clients throughout the travel planning process by helping organize vacation options, coordinating reservation details, and assisting with documentation related to their trips. This opportunity works well for people who enjoy customer interaction, staying organized, and working independently in a home-based environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Assist clients with planning leisure travel within the U.S. and internationally
• Help coordinate cruises, resort stays, tours, and vacation packages
• Prepare confirmations, trip details, and related booking documentation
• Support clients before and after reservations are finalized
• Recommend optional experiences that enhance overall trips
• Build strong relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Use approved booking platforms to review travel options
• Stay informed on destination updates and supplier offerings

• Clear written and verbal communication abilities
• Comfort working with multiple browser tabs and online systems
• Customer service or hospitality-related experience (helpful but optional)
• Confidence assisting clients with decisions and comparisons
• Interest in vacation planning and destinations worldwide
• Sales awareness or relationship-building experience
• Personal travel exposure (a plus, not required)
• Additional language skills (beneficial but not necessary)

Education in hospitality, tourism, business, or related areas may be helpful but is not mandatory.
