The ideal candidate will possess a "can do" attitude, be solutions-oriented, and have strong negotiation and communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent transportation industry knowledge is a plus.

Job Description:
As a Carrier Sales Representative, you will develop relationships with carriers to source, negotiate and secure the capacity to move available freight for Forward Air and our customers in a timely and cost-effective manner. A Carrier Sales Representative manages all activities related to the procurement of carriers, from prospecting new carriers to utilizing capacity with partner carriers and working to understand how Forward Air can help our carrier partners grow. This is a fast paced, high-energy role where you can make an immediate impact and have tremendous growth opportunity.
