We are looking for a dedicated Sourcer to focus on the most critical part of the hiring process: finding the right people.
The Opportunity
This is a specialized sourcing role. You will partner directly with our Recruiters to identify and engage passive talent for high-priority insurance roles, specifically Insurance Producers (Sales), Account Managers, and hybrid Producer/CSR roles. Your focus is on building talent pipelines, not on managing the full recruitment cycle.
