The Coordinator, Partnership Strategy will be responsible for providing administrative and Partnership Strategy support for the Global Partnerships department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in team ideation and crafting unique sales strategies, case studies, proposal templates, and platforms for revenue generation
  • Establish cross-departmental relationships to assist in developing creative assets and strategies for new business pitches and renewals
  • Assist with presentation of strategy and creative vision of integrated sponsorship presentations to internal project stakeholders
  • Maintain current stats, storylines, and available inventory within templated go-to-market materials
  • Oversee the maintenance of Global Partnership inventory tracking documents, renewal progress, and other organizational initiatives
  • Leverage both internal and third-party data sources to assist the Sales team in developing, implementing, and maintaining a data-driven strategy to communicate the unique sponsorship value proposition of the LA Dodgers
  • Support the execution of sponsorship impact studies and other research initiatives internally and with 3rd party vendors
  • Organize campaign insights and asset performance to assist in new business, upsells, and recaps
  • Gather data for club reporting requirements
  • Proactively aggregating club, competitor and market news to assist Sales in identifying opportunities that drive new business engagement and opportunities
  • Assist as needed across department and partnership events, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Sports Management or a related field
  • Ability to conduct independent research to assist with research for potential global partners
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in fast paced environment with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy; think quickly and independently
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays when needed
  • Retain confidentiality of sponsor information with sensitivity and discretion
  • Possess excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to learn sports partnerships business
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint
