The Marketing and Communications Materials Coordinator (“Coordinator”) develops and produces marketing, communications and health education materials for AHF’s Medicare and Medi-Cal health plans and AHF Healthcare Center patients while meeting AHF, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and various Ryan White funded contractual, regulatory, compliance and quality standards.

The Coordinator contributes to the organization’s success by developing, producing and distributing quality enrollee and patient marketing, communications and health education materials, i.e.,

·         Enrollee/patient preventative screening announcements, mailings,

·         Medicare and Medi-Cal health plan communications materials such as directories, evidence of coverage, formulary, etc.

·         Care management patient education materials,

·         Health education program collateral
