Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Loyalty Programs Marketing Analyst based onsite at our Moon Township, PA Eaton facility. This role offers a hybrid working schedule of two days remote and three days in office.
The Loyalty Programs Marketing Analyst supports the planning, execution, reporting, and administration of key Residential & Wiring Devices (RWD) marketing and loyalty initiatives. This role provides analytical, operational, and budgetary support for two primary program areas:
The analyst partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure program accuracy, compliance, and performance visibility. This role is critical to maintaining data integrity, forecasting program outcomes, and ensuring efficient execution of high visibility growth programs.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
