Job Summary:
The Intern Strategy & Development Manager, Sales is responsible for designing, scaling, and overseeing CDW’s Sales Intern Program—serving as a critical pipeline for early-career sales talent. This leader will architect a best-in-class intern experience, strengthen conversion outcomes, and ensure alignment with CDW’s long-term Academy & Residency growth strategies. In addition, this role provides agile leadership support as a floating Sales Manager during transitions and plays a key role in onboarding and developing new Sales Managers entering the Academy & Residency Program.

What we expect of you:
Pay range: $ 114,000 - $ 155,000 depending on experience and skill set. Annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan. Benefits overview: https://cdw.benefit-info.com/ Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials.
