About the Team

The Intralinks Revenue Enablement Team is a global team that supports the sales organization. The team is tasked with fostering the success of each salesperson throughout their career at SS&C Intalinks. The team is responsible for onboarding all new sales employees, adoption of the Intralinks customer engagement model, education on product and industry knowledge, and delivering soft skills training. The Revenue Enablement team maintains a close relationship with all training organizations at Intralinks and sets the standard for a high performing team. This role will also assist the Sales Associate and Banks team pre their needs.

Core Responsibilities

Prepare, monitor, evaluate and document training activities in the company…

• Provide administrative support by scheduling various activities such as classroom sessions, on-boarding “welcome calls” and certification sessions
• Learning Management System (LMS) support including but not limited to; end user support, data migration, reporting, scheduling instructor-led sessions, assign training as needed
• Work with team to develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks
• Track and report on training outcomes within Learning Management System
• Maintain and make necessary updates to training material
• Maintain employee training records
