How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our business development efforts, with the ultimate goal of developing into a Producer. You’ll identify and research prospective clients, build relationships, and drive interest in our tailored insurance solutions. Your day-to-day will involve engaging in prospecting activities, setting appointments, and supporting revenue generation for producers. You’ll also manage accounts, guide clients through the sales cycle, and develop the technical skills needed to thrive in the insurance brokerage industry.

You’ll work closely with underwriters and carriers to build strong partnerships that support business growth. Your ability to network, research, and initiate conversations will be key to driving success in this fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.


About You

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and at least one year of experience in a related field.
  • Brings experience from relationship‑driven, service‑based sales environments, managing longer sales cycles with a strong focus on client trust, ongoing account management, and renewal or repeat‑business growth rather than one‑time transactions
  • Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and converting prospects into customers.
  • Ability to upsell and cross-sell products or services effectively.
  • A strong sense of urgency and persistence, thriving in high-pressure settings.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Emotional intelligence and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Skilled at multitasking and managing multiple client interactions simultaneously.
  • Curiosity, learning agility, and a knack for building rapport and trust with diverse customers.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
