THE POSITION – VIP Nation Intern 

Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. After finishing this program, you will have gained broad experience in various aspects live entertainment business. You can also expect to apply your academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. This is a part-time position, up to 40 hours per week. 

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO 

  • Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty  

  • Answer inbound calls or emailed inquiries to resolve our customer concerns 

  • Liaise between VIP Nation staff and customers including communicating VIP itineraries, creating guest lists, and other logistics for VIP events 

  • Support creation and execution of social media campaigns & strategy 

  • Assist in reporting VIP sales and managing ticket inventory 

  • Manage and file customer refunds and charge backs 

  • General office duties including:  filing invoices, customer waivers, refunds, scanning, copying, checking the mail 

  • Research for VIP programs as needed 

  • Maintain VIP Nation Info calendar 

  • Proficient in merchandise shipping projects using UPS, USPS or our fulfillment partners 

  • Document and update records through our databases 

  • Contact Venues to obtain information regarding lounge spaces and other VIP package elements 

  • Warehouse inventory and maintenance assistance as needed 

  • Unpack road cases as needed 

  • Final internship project will be assigned at the beginning of the internship program to be presented at the end 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES 

  • Develop communication skills with co-workers, customers, and clients 

  • Learn to manage your time in a fast-paced world with time sensitive deadlines 

  • Expand your knowledge of the live events industry with an emphasis on executing a VIP program 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for 

  • Recent Graduate, Junior or Senior standing

  • Due to the nature of the position, candidates must be at least 18 years of age

  • Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional) 

  • Creative thinker and problem solver 

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 

  • Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy 

  • A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs 

  • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50+ lbs. and occasional sitting. 

This program is during Summer 2026. This role will be in office & remote.

The expected compensation for this position is:

$16.90 USD - $20.00 USD Hourly
