Now Hiring: Filler Operator
Shift/Schedule: 1st Shift/6am - 2:30pm
Pay: Base = $20/hour (+ based on experience)

What You’ll Do 

  • Operates and observes production line equipment
  • Becomes proficient in Sterilize-in-Place (SIP) operation and Clean-in-Place (CIP)
  • Actively participates in startup, troubleshooting/adjustment, stop/reset and shutdown of line equipment
  • Perform changeovers
  • Reports out of standard/specification results
  • Completes handwritten instructions and on-line documentation

What You’ll Need 

  • 6 months previous manufacturing, packaging or assembly line production experience
  • Basic mathematical calculation skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs) 
  • Team-player mindset who shows up on time and ready to work
