About this opportunity:

Join Ericsson’s Technology Operations AI (TOAI) team to operationalize AI and automation at scale across North America. You’ll build production-grade AI, GenAI, and agentic solutions that streamline telecom operations, cut manual work, and enable faster, data-driven decisions—delivering measurable cost and efficiency gains in how networks are deployed and managed.

What you will do:

•    Design and ship AI-powered automation and agentic workflows that eliminate manual operational tasks.
•    Build LLM/GenAI solutions (GPT-style interfaces, conversational agents, workflow tools) backed by Python REST APIs.
•    Orchestrate agents with LangChain/LangGraph, including memory/state, tool integrations, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
•    Develop scalable data pipelines using Pandas/SQL/JSON; integrate with enterprise APIs in secure cloud-native architectures.
•    Containerize, deploy, and operate solutions with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS), preferably in Azure.
•    Monitor and troubleshoot with observability (e.g., Azure Application Insights) and document architectures, workflows, and pipelines.
•    Partner cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities that reduce cost and improve execution efficiency.

The Skills You Bring:

Essential Skills:

•    Bachelors in Computer Science or related field of study
•    0 to 2 years' experience in Python, SQL DB, Flask, Pandas, JSON, Angular (preferred) or React.
•    Strong experience with Python development, including libraries such as Pandas and JSON handling.
•    Hands-on experience building REST APIs using Flask or similar frameworks.
•    Experience working with LLM-based systems, including prompt engineering and model configuration.
•    Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
•    Experience with cloud-native architecture and API-based integrations.
•    Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
•    Strong experience with SQL and structured data processing.
•    Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
•    Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

•    Experience designing agent-based workflows including memory management, tool orchestration, and human-in-the-loop interactions.
•    Experience deploying AI solutions in Azure cloud environments.
•    Familiarity with Angular or React for building lightweight user interfaces.
•    Experience with YAML-based configuration and infrastructure automation.
•    Exposure to AI observability and application monitoring tools.
•    Experience with Azure Application Insights, Docker, Kubernetes
