Job Description
Serve as a trusted resource for customers by opening a variety of SBSU accounts, assessing needs, and recommending products and services. Provide excellent customer service by resolving concerns, processing transactions, and balancing a cash drawer accurately. Use strong knowledge of bank accounts, regulations, and procedures to research issues, support relationship growth, and make referrals to specialized services. Assist with community outreach and perform other duties as needed to support branch operations.
