Job Description
- Greet and tour prospective residents.
- Promote available units and amenities via online platforms, signage, and outreach.
- Explain lease terms, application requirements, and pricing.
- Processes and maintains accurate resident files.
- Works closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed.
- Processes re-certifications, renewals, and assists with retention efforts.
- Understand and communicate lease provisions and community policies to new and current residents.
- Assists applicant with the application process, including all LIHTC paperwork.
- Assist Property Manager with annual recertifications.
- Creates and updates waitlist.
- Completes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager.
- Ensuring resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Conduct move-in/move-out inspections with residents.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of LIHTC regulations, income limits, and compliance rules. - Required
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) - Required
- Knowledge of Property Management software: Yardi - Preferred
- Knowledge of affordable housing/government programs
- Excellent customer service: someone who can navigate all types of situations
- Attention to detail
- Understands and complies with state landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing laws and OSHA
- Knowledge of Excel, Word Document, and Outlook
- Works well under pressure and maintains a positive friendly attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
Additional Information
Reserve at Castle Highlands - 200 Units
$22-$24/hour
Monday-Friday, 8a to 5p; some Saturdays or evenings for special events
