The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for greeting and touring prospective residents, promoting available units, explaining lease terms, and processing applications, including all necessary LIHTC paperwork. This role also involves processing re-certifications, renewals, assisting the Property Manager, and ensuring resident satisfaction through proactive communication.
We are looking for a LIHTC Leasing Consultant who has a strong understanding of LIHTC regulations and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Knowledge of property management software like Yardi and experience with affordable housing programs are preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Monday-Friday, 8a to 5p; some Saturdays or evenings for special events
