Orthodontic / Dental Treatment Coordinator
Full-Time | $22-26/hour + Bonus
Locations: Lake Mary & DeBary
We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator / Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing orthodontic practice. This full-time position is ideal for a motivated professional with strong case presentation, insurance verification, and dental financial coordination experience.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct new patient consultations and treatment plan presentations
- Present orthodontic treatment options clearly and confidently
- Explain fees, payment plans, financing options, and insurance benefits
- Coordinate with orthodontists, orthodontic assistants, and front desk team
- Support production goals and patient retention

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, Financial Coordinator, or Dental Office Manager (Preferred)
- Strong background in treatment case presentation and case acceptance
- Experience with dental insurance verification and payment plans
Physical Requirements
- Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (occasionally more in patient-care situations)
