About the Role

As our Carrier Procurement Representative, you will focus on building relationships with new and existing clients to ensure that their transportation needs are met.

What You’ll Do

• Your primary focus will be on capturing capacity, building relationships, and devising the most efficient and inventive solutions to meet the unique transportation needs of our customers.
• Embrace the challenge of solving complex problems with creativity and innovation. We believe in pushing boundaries to provide cutting-edge solutions for our customers and carrier partners.
• Sharpen your negotiation skills as you work with a variety of stakeholders. Your ability to navigate and negotiate effectively will contribute to our continued success.
• Navigate the ever-evolving challenges of the transportation industry with agility. Stay ahead of industry trends and implement adaptive strategies to ensure success in a dynamic marketplace.

What You Bring to the Pak

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and transportation management systems (TMS).
