Perfection Group is searching for a Marketing & Design Intern who is creative, curious, and excited to learn how design and content bring a brand to life.

About the Role: This role is ideal for someone who enjoys design, photography, videography, and social media content creation and wants real experience creating marketing work that gets used across a growing company.

You’ll work alongside the marketing team, helping to bring campaigns, brand stories, and company initiatives to life through thoughtful design and compelling visuals.

What You'll Work On:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design visual content for campaigns, presentations, digital assets, sales materials, emails, and social media
• Capture and edit photography and short‑form video at company events, job sites, and team activities
• Help create social media content that highlights our people, culture, impact, and projects
• Support marketing events, trade shows, and brand initiatives
• Contribute ideas and assist with projects related to SEO, PR, internal communications, and brand development

What You'll Need:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, or a related field
• A creative eye for design, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools
• Interest or experience in photography or video production (a strong plus)
• Interest in social media content creation and emerging creative trends
• Ability to collaborate with a team while bringing creative ideas to the table
